Bio



Dr. Janet Rose Wojtalik is an author, motivational speaker and school administrator. Dr. Janet Rose’s eBook publication The Seven Secrets of Parenting Girls is available online and serves as a valuable parent resource for nurturing female leadership. She has also authored the “Strong Girls Series”, a collection of children’s books which send messages of independence, hardiness and open career options to young girls. 

Her most recent work Raising Successful Women From Childhood to Womanhood is a unique workbook for parents and will be available soon. 

Dr. Janet Rose earned her doctoral degree in educational leadership from Duquesne University. Her research in the area of women and leadership won her Clark Scholar designation in the 2006 David L. Clark National Graduate Research Seminar in San Francisco, California. 

Dr. Wojtalik has presented her research in many settings over the past six years and has become a resource as a parenting expert. Her reputation earned her a recent spot on FOX News as a guest debater.  She has shared her knowledge as a frequent guest speaker for WomenSpeak Radio and BetterAtSchool.com through an international Teleseminar. 

Her presentations include: the WELC (Women in Educational Leadership Conference); the Passport to Leadership Conference at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania;  the UCEA National Convention; the United Council’s 11th Annual Women in Leadership Conference; as well as, the PASA Woman’s Caucus Conference. She resides in North East, PA; is the mother of two grown sons; and is the Director of Student Support Services for the Fairview School District. She is also an adjunct professor at two Pennsylvania universities.
